This Shoulder Tapping massage technique is very useful in reducing pain that comes from stress and emotional hurt. Shoulder tend to accumulate a lot of stress, tensions, emotional hurts and pains, and simply feeling tired. By "tapping" shoulders we can release a lot of stress, energy blockages, and muscle tension. Tapping massage relaxes tense and sore muscles, loosens them, and stimulates their blood circulation. Tapping on your partner's shoulder for 3-5 minutes daily, preferably in the evening can relieve many neck pains, headaches, and fatigue. It brings in a very important emotional bonding and gives a deep sense of belonging and care.
